Slegte dae

There are bad days.. and there are legendary bad days.

Riddick could not put it into words better.

Although nobody tried to murder or eat me, sometimes you just won't have a good day or week.

Out of nowhere the feeling of despair pops up and if you're lucky you'll know the reason so you can take some preventive action, or at least react to it to minimize the impact.

If you're not, you're up for a ride. Anxiety and sadness creeps up to you and you're left in a puddle of exhaustion for the vultures to eat you up when the dark cloud fades.

Trevor Noah talks about it in the Diary Of a CEO in a beautiful way. I could not remember where in the interview is mentioned and I am certainly not listeing it again but it's still worth consuming it whole.

He argues that whenever you feel the incoming malaise of the anxiety attack, think first whether you've eaten, slept, and try to do slow breathing for a couple minutes. If the problem persists, go try something else.

Sometimes it works, sometimes it doesn't ¯_(ツ)_/¯
